Returns Policy

Whilst ‘rippa mate’ rely on third party suppliers to provide quality garments and printing on our behalf, and be as accurate as possible with the printing of our brand and logos, sometimes human error results in a wrong garment being sent, or a small mark missed on a garment. Although Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders, our policies are as follows.

 Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items

‘rippa mate’ will replace or reprint an item within 14 days of the receipted delivery date if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, and the error confirmed, ‘rippa mate’ will reprint and send out a replacement garment at no charge. The customer does not have to return the faulty item.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of each item, and being printed as per the individual order, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong-coloured garment or design
